Dance is one of my huge passions, so even if you have never taken a dance class in your life, now is your chance to come see what all the fuss is about. It is a fun, exciting and social way to get in shape!
Cia is the owner of Cia's Body Works, which provides personal training, fitness and dance services, with the motto “making fitness fun.” Cia is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Leader, Strength Trainer and Wellness Consultant. Her background includes a Jazz Dance Diploma & a Stage Dance Certificate from the Canadian Dance Teacher’s Association (CDTA). Among her many credentials are Personal Trainer Certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and certifications from the Nova Scotia Fitness Association (NSFA). Cia has also completed certifications and diplomas with the YMCA of Canada in Weight Training, Fitness Instruction, Elderobics and Change of Heart, as well as Step Reebok certification and numerous conferences.
