MERRY CHRISTMAS, HAPPY HUNAKAH, HAPPY HOLIDAYS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Just because it is the holidays, you don't have to forget about your fitness. You can still indulge and enjoy the festivities; just make sure you make some 'smart' choices. You'll be glad you did, once the January resolutions arrive! You can take a nice walk before and/or after the big holiday meal, as well as staying active on a daily basis. When you are going to parties that will have lots of munchies, drink some water and maybe a little protein and greens snack before heading out, so that you are not hungry and over-indulge on calorie-high, nutrient-low nibblies.
